Everyone is welcome! Move at an easy pace and breathe deeply. Options will be provided to allow beginners to explore their practice and give students with experience a chance to grow.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 2 hour in advance of class time, as a courtesy to your instructor. Late cancellations will forfeit 50% of the class fee. No notification will forfeit 100% of class fee.
